How to exercise well - Exercise is good and true that exercise done regularly and measurable. Do exercise at least 30 minutes per day is good and right for the benefit of health and fitness.
For example:
- Exercise is recommended at least 30 minutes, longer is better.
- Exercise can be done anywhere, but still with respect to a safe and comfortable environment, pollution free, does not cause injury, eg: in homes, schools, workplaces and public places (sports facilities, fields, parks, recreational areas).
- Dancing for 30 minutes. Do it gradually until it reaches 30 minutes. If not used can be started with a few minutes each day and be increased gradually.
- Cleaning the house for 10 minutes, twice a day plus 10 minutes of cycling.
- Choose a popular sport, safe, easy, and inexpensive.
- Done in stages starting from the heating 5-10 minutes, followed by core exercises at least 20 minutes and terminated by cooling for 5-10 minutes.
